Silos

The Silos are used to store the residuals from working
wood and other similar materials. They come in various models:
Ground silo from diameter 2.400 mm to diameter 6000 mm,
with capacity from 13 m3 to
480 m3; Ground silo with
base from diameter 2.400 mm to diameter 6.000 mm, with capacity
from 13 m3 to 480 m3;
Silo with opening from diameter 3.000 mm to 6000 mm, with
capacity from 31 m3 to 480 m3
They are made from sheet panels and hot-galvanized steel sections;
they are sectional and are equipped with a material extraction
system for loading on trucks, or in boiler, or on unloadable containers.
They have a chamber for holding the shavings and dusts, in addition
to a set of hose filters cleaned by shaking or with compressed-air
jets. The panels are made using a special technology designed
by VENETA IMPIANTI, based on profiling and bending the sheet at
the same time, without welding the flanges; this technology has
been examined and certified by lecturers and researchers from
the Engineering Faculty of Padua University. This production process
uses special heavy duty sheet, from 3 to 6 mm, depending on the
diameter and height of the silos.
