Sleeve filter cleaned by shaking   Sleeve filters cleaned by shaking Models' technical details: Short-legged sleeve filter cleaned by shaking   Long-legged sleeve filter cleaned by shaking   The Hose Filters with Shake Cleaning are made from galvanized sheet sectional panels on a self-supporting structure of hot-galvanized beams. Our FMPMs are produced on filtering areas from 63 to 816 m2 for a min. air delivery of 8.000 m3/h to a max. of 98.000 m3/h. They can be supplied with long or short legs, according to the waste disposal system. The dusty air containing the work residuals enters a large settling prechamber with settling of the heaviest particles which fall in the hopper and are removed by means of one or more powered worm conveyors. The air with the lightest dusts is filtered by the hoses and discharged into the atmosphere. Cleaning occurs with electric vibrators causing the dust to fall.
