The Hose Filters with Compressed-Air Cleaning are made
from galvanized sheet sectional panels on a self-supporting structure
made of hot-galvanized beams. Our FMPJ and FMPJ-T are produced with
a filtering area of 47 to 930 m2 with air delivery
from a min. of 2800 m3/h to a max. of 111600 m3/h.
They can be supplied with long or short legs, according to the
waste disposal system. The dusty air containing the work residuals
enters a large settling prechamber that favours settling of the
heaviest particles which fall into the hopper and are removed
by means of one or more powered worm conveyors.
The air with the lightest dusts is filtered by the hoses and
discharged into the atmosphere. Cleaning of the hoses in counter-washing
with compressed-air jets is controlled by an electronic economizer
which optimizes blowing times and intervals according to the difference
in pressure upstream and downstream of the hoses, keeping pressure
loss and air delivery constant.
