Silo with opening

The Silo are built incorporating the latest technologies and are designed conforming to the ATEX 94/9/CE directive. The range of silos with opening are supplied with diameters from 3000 mm to 4200 mm. The bottom part of the silo consists of a material container chamber with a storage capacity ranging between 31m3 to 120m3 and a hot-galvanised steel profile freestanding support structure.
The top half of the silo houses a group of sleeve filters with a filtering surface spanning between 74m2 and 282m2.
The dusty air to filter enter into the top part of the container chamber and the heavier particles fall by force of gravity and settle on the bottom of the silo. The lightweight particles are filtered by the sleeves and the air is then expelled into the atmosphere. The cleaning system consists of electric-vibrators which shake the sleeves so that the dust falls (or trought jets of compressed).
The waste particles deposited on the bottom of the silo are discharged by a motorised dumper or by motorised augers.
