Ground mounted silo

The Silo are built incorporating the latest technologies and are designed conforming to the ATEX 94/9/CE directive. The range of ground silos offers diameters from 2400mm to 6000mm. The bottom part of the silo consists of a material container chamber with a storage capacity ranging between 13m3 to 480m3. The top half of the silo houses a group of sleeve filters with a filtering surface spanning between 51m2 and 600m2. The dusty air to filter enter into the top part of the container chamber and the heavier particles fall by force of gravity and settle on the bottom of the silo.
The lightweight particles are filtered by the sleeves and the air is then expelled into the atmosphere. The cleaning system consists of electric-vibrators which shake the sleeves so that the dust falls (or trought jets of compressed).
The waste particles deposited on the bottom of the silo are discharged by motorised augers.
