Sleeve
filter with compressed air cleaning system with
discharge auger
The sleeve filters FMJA C 2200 models are self-cleaning
sleeve filters and are fitted with a compressed
air cleaning system and have a filtering surface
area spanning between 53m2 to 160m2. The dusty
air containing the dust waste particles is conveyed
into a pre-chamber which promotes settling and
the heavier particles by force of gravity fall
into the hopper below and are then discharged
by a motorized auger.
The lightweight particles are filtered by the
sleeves and the air is then expelled into the
atmosphere. The sleeves are backwashed by jets
of compressed air and controlled by a cyclic
sequencer.
